By use of  LJ  Induction for coatings removal on rejected pipes in pipe works, stripping is performed efficiently,  securing a  fast reintroduction on the coating line. The system is safely removing various coating systems from pipes,  such as  3LPE/3LPP and FBE, Coal Tar, and rubber linings.

Coatings removal with LJ Induction is cost effec- time and does not produce additional grit or water waste, yielding great potential for savings in logistic handling, especially in remote areas.

The coatings are scraped off in strips or pieces that can easily be put into waste bags for disposal without risk of contamination to air,  ground, or water.  Working distance from the main unit is up to 50m which allows a flexible and efficient operation. LJ Induction has developed a special solution that eliminates the risk of overheating the surface when using the induction system on steel.
