Description

These machines with 220v single phase input power of our company’s new innovation inverter control technology. Using MOSFET frequency components the frequency can range from 100khz to 1.1mhz.

Gear welding, band saw blade welding, gear, small metal part heat treatment, valve quenching, diameter small than 1mm stainless steel and alloy steel wire annealing and quenching, magnetic levitation melting, etc.

• The machine has a constant current and constant frequency control function, it can improve heating efficiency to save more energy.
• Easy assembling. the machine connecting cable all have marks to clarify and also have files and video for assembling. It just needs to connect power and water for chilling can finish the assembling, only takes a couple of minutes. No need for a professional assembling engineer, clients can save more time, energy, and cost.
• Easy to operate. The heating current and heat preservation function can adjust separately. Provide video guidance for the whole operation.
• The machine has a timer function. The heating speed(heating time) and heat preservation time can be digitally set up.

The machine has a fault analysis and an alarm system. When overpressure, overflow, over temperature, water fail, etc faults happened, the process will protect the main components on a regular time. The machine can have a fault alarm light, easy for the client to detect when a fault happened.
