Description

These machines using important excellent IGBT frequency module and our company’s forth generation inverter control technology, all of three phase 380v input power, machine frequency range from 200khz to 500khz.

Gear and bearing heat treatment, steel carbon steel stainless steel screw heating jointing,magnetic levitation melting, wire and pipe annealing, metal welding brazing soldering ,metal quenching , metal tempering etc.

• The machine has a constant current and constant frequency control function, it can improve heating efficiency to save more energy.
• Easy assembling. the machine connecting cable all have marks to clarify and also have files and video for assembling. It just needs to connect power and water for chilling can finish the assembling, only takes a couple of minutes. No need for a professional assembling engineer, clients can save more time, energy, and cost.
• Easy to operate. The heating current and heat preservation function can adjust separately. Provide video guidance for the whole operation.
• The machine has a timer function. The heating speed(heating time) and heat preservation time can be digitally set up.

The machine has a fault analysis and an alarm system. When overpressure, overflow, over temperature, water fail, etc faults happened, the process will protect the main components on a regular time. The machine can have a fault alarm light, easy for the client to detect when a fault happened.
